Since opening our doors, we have received a lot of positive feedback on our Italian-inspired menu. While we are proud of every pizza, pasta, salad, and appetizer we have on the menu, we are here for your enjoyment and are always happy to hear ways we can improve. Here are some of the changes we have enacted since Menu 1.0:
Eggplant Parmesan: One of the most widely requested items since our opening, eggplant parm is now on the menu! Hearty slices of eggplant are baked with layers of shredded parmesan cheese, then served on a bed of fresh spaghetti. (Pictured Above)
Garlic Bread: We started off making baguettes for our delicious Baked Goat Cheese and Red Sauce appetizer. Our fresh-baked bread was such a hit that we started slathering it in garlic butter and added it to the menu as the perfect starter or addition to your pizza and pasta feast.
Kids' Pasta: We are now offering a kid-friendly portion of pasta for just $8. It comes with spaghetti and red sauce, but we can easily leave off the sauce, mix in a pat of butter, or substitute penne pasta.
Cannolis: Dessert is on the menu!
Mild Meatballs: Our award-winning Spicy Pork Meatballs come loaded with cayenne and red pepper flakes. While some of us live for the thrill of spice, we completely understand that some palettes like it mild. Our appetizer, spaghetti and meatball dish, and pizza topping now come with a choice of spicy or mild.
Meatball Toppings: Speaking of meatballs, we unfortunately had to raise the price of adding meatballs to pizza. Originally $1, please note that we are now charging $4 to add a plentiful portion of chopped meatballs to any pizza.
Wings Confit: Our Twice-Baked Wings, as the name implies, are baked instead of fried. While this retains more of their savory taste and tender texture, our wings may not be as crispy as you are expecting. To add a little more of that satisfying crunch, we now prepare our wings confit in bacon fat.
Vegetable Lasagna: Discontinued. With all these exciting additions, we are sad to see our vegetable lasagna go. If you are hankering for layers of pasta and ricotta, try our Beef Lasagna! For a vegetarian pasta option, we recommend our new Eggplant Parmesan or Fettuccine Alfredo.
